  I highly recommend Kaia Fit! Whether you are new to fitness, or been doing it for years, this place is sure to provide you with a fun and rewarding challenge every time you step through the door. The workouts are so fun, and the energy in the room is always so upbeat that before you know the 1 hour workout is over. Kaia is a place of encouragement, sisterhood, and where we come to KRUSH our fitness goals together. I’ve learned so much about eating healthy, and how that translates to a healthy mind and optimal results. Whether I’m going to a 6am class or a 6pm class, I know that I’m not alone in my fitness journey, and seeing others push through it helps to inspire me to push through it even when I feel like giving up. The Kaia community is amazing, I’ve met so many awesome ladies along my fitness journey and encourage anyone thinking about Kaia to give it a try - you’ll be so happy you did!
