  After receiving countless solicitation from California Family Fitness, we contacted Corporate Headquarters....

  Re; Cease & Desist Notice.
  
  Attn: California Family Fitness Corporate Headquarters,
  
  Approximately one year ago, my wife and I made the mistake of joining California Family Fitness (CFF) for a period of 30 days, paid in full. Since the termination of our 30 day contract, we've received a multitude of text messages, emails, and phone calls from various representatives of CFF. We've been contacted numerous times from multiple CFF locations. We’ve attempted to put an end to this unwanted and highly annoying solicitation, but to no avail.
  
  We have exhausted our patience in this matter. We request, most respectfully, but most vehemently, that you cease and desist communication with us, as well as our family and friends. This request is respective to any and all CFF locations.
  
  You are hereby notified that if you do not comply with this request, we will immediately file a complaint with the Counsel of Better Business Bureau and the California Attorney General’s office. Civil and criminal claims will be pursued.
  
  We kindly suggest that CFF comply with this written request.
